Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Sweetwater, TX is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time role in a LTAC setting caring for medically complex patients. You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians, monitor progress, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and a supportive, mission-driven culture. BLS is required and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
