Job summary

Vibra Healthcare's ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Sweetwater, TX, is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time role caring for high-acuity LTAC patients.

You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians, monitor patient progress, educate families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery, while ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
