Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Texas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time position in a specialty LTAC setting with medically complex patients.

You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term recovery while complying with all policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
