ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC position. You will care for critically ill or medically complex patients in a specialized LTAC setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.

• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
