ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Texas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC position delivering direct nursing care to critically ill patients and coordinating individualized care plans.

You’ll join a dedicated interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, and educate families while ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines in a high-acuity LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
