Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Cahaba River in Birmingham, AL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7p-7a shift. Join our interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

The RN will assess and monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement individualized care plans. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to practice in Alabama.
• Experience in geriatric and rehab care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based interdisciplinary setting.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Background check and regulatory compliance as required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
