Northern Neck Senior Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Warsaw, VA. The RN will oversee nursing staff, administer meds, and ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.

Northern Neck Senior Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! RN play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents’ medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
