BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg Telemetry. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced unit, coordinating with the care team, and upholding BayCare's standards.

Shift is Days, full‑time, with weekend rotation every other weekend, and remote work not available. RN license and BLS required; ACLS if dept requires. Nursing degree as specified below; 2 years of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required by department (if applicable).
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently care for a group of patients using the nursing process.

The RN responsibilities include:

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
