Job summary

BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using established nursing processes and clinical standards. You will delegate appropriate tasks to team members while maintaining accountability and pursuing continuous professional development.

This full-time position operates days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, with every other weekend and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in any setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS if required by department.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.
• Maintains professional accountability and seeks opportunities for development.
