Job summary

BayCare Health System in Indiana is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to care for a group of patients with minimal supervision, applying the nursing process and clinical standards.

You will delegate appropriate tasks, maintain professional accountability, and promote evidence-based care while pursuing clinical excellence within a full-time inpatient setting at St Josephs Hospital South. New grads may apply to the Clinical Nurse Residency program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience required.
• New Grad RN or nursing student graduating soon may apply to Clinical Nurse Residency.
• RN licensure and BLS certification required; ACLS if department requires.
