Job summary

BayCare seeks a Clinical Nurse (RN) at Mease Countryside Hospital in Florida. The role involves applying nursing process and clinical standards to a patient group with minimal supervision, and delegating care tasks to the health care team.

The incumbent will be professionally accountable, pursue development opportunities, and promote evidence-based care that demonstrates clinical excellence in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) per state licensure.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department.
• 6+ months RN experience required; Clinical Nurse Residency available for new grads.
