BayCare seeks a Clinical Nurse (RN) for the Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor. The role focuses on holistic patient care in a General Medical-Surgical unit, following nursing processes and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include delegating care, maintaining professional accountability, and promoting evidence-based practice to achieve clinical excellence. This is a full-time night shift, offering opportunities for growth within BayCare's network.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) must be current
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing; Bachelor's Nursing preferred
• 6 months RN experience required
• New Grad RN residency program available for applicants
