Job summary

BayCare Health System’s Mease Countryside Hospital seeks an RN to provide direct patient care for a group of patients with supervision, applying the nursing process and standards. The role includes delegation to team members and accountability for ongoing development.

Focus is on evidence-based practice and clinical excellence, with benefits for professional growth. Schedule shows part-time status, with shifts from 6:45am to 7:15pm, weekends every other, and no on-call requirement.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification required; ACLS if department requires.
• Education consistent with RN practice; bachelor's preferred.
