BayCare in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse at Mease Countryside Hospital. The RN will care for a group of patients with supervision, applying the nursing process and standards, delegating tasks as needed, and maintaining professional accountability.

Responsibilities include promoting evidence-based care and pursuing clinical excellence; Mease Countryside offers full-time hours, shift 6:45am-7:15pm, weekend rotations, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career development.

Qualificações

• 6+ months RN experience required.
• New Grad RN or RN student graduating soon may apply to the Clinical Nurse Residency program.
• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Position Description: RN

The Clinical Nurse responsibilities include:

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision applying the nursing process and clinical standards.

Requirements:

• Certifications and Licensures:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
• Preferred Nurse Specialty

Education:

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

Experience:

• 6+ months RN experience required
