Job summary

BayCare's Mease Hospital Countryside in Florida is seeking a dedicated RN to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role emphasizes the nursing process, clinical standards, and teamwork with the health care staff.

The RN will delegate tasks as appropriate, maintain professional accountability, and pursue ongoing development. Qualifications include Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS if required, and 6+ months of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (State of Florida).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department.
• Education: Associate's/Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• 6+ months RN experience; New Grad RN residency available.
