Job summary

Rancho Rehab and Healthcare in Missouri is seeking an RN or LPN to join our clinical team and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Weekend shifts are available and new grads are welcome, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll be great on our RN Registered Nurse/ LPN team because you have:

• Current license as RN - Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
• Current license as a LPN -Licensed Practical Nursein the state of Missouri

Duties and Responsibilities for RN Registered Nurse/LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
