Job summary

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a weekend nurse (RN or LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in a SNF setting, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and document care in the PCC EMR. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday with a set weekly cadence and weekend premium pay.

You must hold an active Missouri RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS certification. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, and you will work with strong leadership to deliver high‑quality
