Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care as assigned.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Assist physicians with diagnostics and procedures.
• Educate residents and families on healthcare needs.
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor, record, and report residents’ conditions and vitals.
• Chart observations and patient responses accurately.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• May assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
