DirectCare Shifts connects qualified healthcare professionals with facilities throughout Louisiana, offering 8- and 12-hour shifts, day and night options, weekends, and short- or long-term placements. An active Louisiana RN license is required to begin working with partner facilities.

We provide Next Day Pay, weekly direct deposit, the flexibility to pick your own schedule with no shift minimums, PRN and placement options, and a referral program.
