Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in home-based hospice care. This PRN role emphasizes compassionate, personalized care and collaboration with the care team to improve quality of life.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
