Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered home-based care. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care, empower families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comfort and quality of life for patients with life-limiting illnesses.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, education for caregivers, and coordination across settings, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
