Compassus in the United States is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home hospice care. You’ll support patients and families, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and educate caregivers to ensure comfort and dignity at every visit.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
