Job summary

Compassus in the United States is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, home-based hospice care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

This role emphasizes empowering patients and families, delivering comfort and dignity, and supporting caregivers through education and collaborative care planning.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
