Overview

RN Weekend Baylor - Friday through Sunday, flexible on days

Full Time Day Shift - 3 Days per Week / 12-hour shifts

Flexible RN role working 3 days per week, providing 1:1 clinical care and case management in clients' homes.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 to $85,000 annual salary

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans
• Make referrals or document rationale for not doing so
• Promote health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Communicate patient progress to the care team
• Provide staff education
• Participate in on-call duties and services
• Engage in clinical development and continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of clinical RN experience; less than 1 year requires VP approval
• Current RN license for the state(s) of work
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Note: Less than 6 months RN experience requires participation in RN Intern program. Compensation varies by location and experience.
