The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by physicians, in compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating total care plans with healthcare professionals.
2. Performing initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations.
3. Developing and implementing care plans within state guidelines.
4. Ensuring patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity criteria.

License Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in Idaho
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to transportation
