Highland Healthcare Center is seeking RNs and LPNs to join our team!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you'll perform duties that provide optimal patient care within your scope of practice. The LPN is responsible for the overall nursing care on their shift, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.

Your Job:

1. Treat and care for residents with dignity and respect.
2. Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality care services.
3. Provide nursing care within your scope of practice.
4. Have reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts.
5. Work cooperatively with healthcare team members.
6. Maintain residents' dignity, safety, and well-being.
7. Accurately document all care provided.
8. Encourage restorative care for resident independence.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
