Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse for our Abingdon, VA team. This full-time position offers 8AM-5PM hours, 1:1 patient care, and a supportive environment with team backup and stable opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice and residence required
• Minimum one year nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license and driving record required

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
