Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for Williamsburg, VA. This PRN role offers 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work within a supportive team and independent setting.

Requirements include RN degree (ADN/BSN), 1 year of nursing in a patient care setting, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• RN degree (ADN/BSN) from an accredited school; valid state license required.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance in accordance with policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
