Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health RN to join our Colonial Heights team. This full-time role offers 1:1 patient care, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to impact patients and families in their homes.

You will assess needs, develop care plans per physician orders, administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Valid RN license in Virginia, CPR, and a driver’s license required; home health or geriatrics

Qualifications

• Must hold Registered Nursing degree and active state license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health/geriatric preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance as per policy.
• CPR certification required.
• New grads may be considered in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans in line with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
