Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Salisbury, MD. This PRN role offers 1:1 patient care in the Salisbury area with flexible scheduling and a supportive team dedicated to high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, administering treatments, and educating families. Requires RN license in MD, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; benefits include health coverage,

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree with current unrestricted license.
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health/geriatrics or related settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
