Job summary

Adoration Health in Westminster, MD is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time, Monday–Friday position provides 1:1 patient care in patients' homes, emphasizing independence with team support.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Valid RN license and CPR required; driving is necessary.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college with current license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, driving record acceptable, insurance per Adoration policy.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Education

• Current CPR certification
