Qualifications

• Must pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, and injectable.
• Perform wound care and manage pain.
• Conduct health assessments and analyze data.
• Create and execute individualized care plans.
• Strategize care with physicians and therapists.
• Educate families and residents about health status.
• Document all health status and progress.
• Oversee LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care.
