FutureCare in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse to contribute to resident care across assessment, planning, and evaluation. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans, document care, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR license required.
• Experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Review resident records to ensure nursing practice meets state and federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for treatment or problems and ensure alignment with nurse plans.
• Monitor resident responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Carry out physician orders and nursing interventions for resident care.
• Seek professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Set and implement goals aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy.
