Qualifications

• Licensed to work as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professionally & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, and injectable.
• Perform wound care, manage pain, and apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes.
• Create and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for strategizing care.
• Educate families and residents about health conditions and expectations.
• Document all care and health status thoroughly.
• Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care.
