Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time position to care for critically ill or medically complex patients in LTAC settings.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
