ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Kentucky (or a compact state) and have 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, with BLS, and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
