Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC position. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients in a specialized setting.

Work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans, monitor progress, administer medications, and educate patients and families while advocating for long-term health and recovery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
• Excellence in patient care and safety.
