ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our LTAC team. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to tailor individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a team-oriented approach.
