Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a LTAC partner. This role focuses on high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions and requires excellent clinical judgment.

You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, educate families, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
