Job summary

Westchester Village in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents across independent, assisted living, and long-term care settings. You will collaborate with families, physicians, and the care team to maintain safety, comfort, and high-quality care.

The role supports 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 10pm-6:30am shifts across full-time and part-time schedules, with competitive wages, shift differentials, and a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• RN must be graduate from an accredited school and licensed in state of work; CEU requirements apply.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents.
• Perform daily rounds to assess condition and comfort.
• Follow safety and infection control policies.
• Communicate with physicians and care team; ensure hand-off between shifts.
• Supervise direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
