Meadowbrook, located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team. The primary responsibility of the RN is to deliver safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with the physician, family, and healthcare team.

Responsibilities of the RN:

• Provides direct nursing care including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervises daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitors patient condition and notifies the physician of any changes.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Current, active Ohio RN license and CPR certification.

Skills and Qualities:

• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements for long-term care.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work tactfully with a multidisciplinary team, residents, families, and others.
