Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Lincoln Crawford, located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care according to the resident's care plan, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
  • Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited program or college/university.
  • Current, active Ohio RN license or multi-state license, and CPR certification.
Skills and Qualities:
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to long-term care.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work tactfully with a multidisciplinary team, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
