Job summary

UAB St. Vincent's in Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab. You will implement care plans, coordinate disciplines, and follow physician orders to support seamless patient care during the peri-procedural period.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, documenting progress, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. A Diploma in Nursing and active RN licensure are required, with BLS certification within 30 days of

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing before hire.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing and professional licensure at time of hire.

  • Full time, day shift - 4'10's - call 1 night per week and one weekend per month
  • PRN, day shift

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing and professional licensure at time of hire required.
