BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN to join the Cardiac unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. You will provide direct patient care for cardiac patients, use the nursing process, and collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role supports full-time daytime shift operations with responsibilities including precepting, clinical leadership, and adherence to established standards of care in a fast-paced cardiac PCU setting.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• RN license required.
• ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN certifications preferred.

Position Description: RN – Registered Nurse - Cardiac

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Cardiac team at St. Joseph’s Hospital. As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph’s Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness.

The unit is a cardiac PCU unit for congestive heart failure patients.

The RN Responsibilities Include

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications

Certifications and Licensures:
