Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking Weekend Registered Nurses to join our team in New Bedford, MA. The hospital provides a supportive environment that allows you to develop relationships with patients while delivering acute care services.

As a Registered Nurse, you will develop and implement care plans for patients, manage quality of care, and demonstrate clinical competence. Candidates must have a current RN license and preferred experience in acute care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, with ACLS required within six months.
• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise care plans for assigned patients.
• Delegate and supervise all nursing care according to the Nurse Practice Act.
• Manage patient care and improve quality of care.

Skills

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse

Overview

Vibra Hospital of SE Massachusetts is seeking Weekend Registered Nurses to join our team. Vibra Hospital of southeastern Massachusetts, located in New Bedford, MA, is a 90‑bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced and friendly environment where you can get to know your patients and families.

Responsibilities

The RN develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling the responsibilities of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.

• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
