Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Texas.
• ADN required for this role.
• 2 years’ long-term care experience preferred.
• 6 months rehab/ restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Point Click Care is preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Outlook/Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the nurse practice act and facility policies.
• Develop and direct the plan of care per physician orders and regulations.
• Ensure policy compliance for nursing services and privacy.
• Provide prompt emergency measures including CPR.
• Coordinate daily assignments and supervise nursing staff as needed.
• Oversee nursing aides and ensure proper care delivery.
