Job summary

Paradigm at Faith Memorial in Pasadena, TX, seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to provide direct nursing care and lead the delivery of patient care, with strong emphasis on policy adherence and patient privacy.

The role requires an active Texas RN license and an ADN; LTC experience is preferred. A $3,200 sign-on bonus is offered along with benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• 6 months experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Computer literacy with PCC, Outlook, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the nurse practice act, regulations, facility policies and procedures, and prudent nursing judgment.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the delivery of a resident’s plan of care as prescribed by physicians.
• Oversee nursing staff and aides; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain patient privacy and documentation; ensure computer workstations are properly logged off when unattended.
