Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare at Kountze, TX is hiring Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care in a licensed facility. Eligible RNs may access CMS incentives up to $50,000, including up to $40,000 for student loan repayment and a $10,000 stipend, plus a $3,200 sign-on bonus.

Requirements include active Texas RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and 30+ hours weekly commitment. Prior LTC and rehab experience are preferred; strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered).
• 2 years’ Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitation/restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong PC literacy (Outlook, MS Office, Internet).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per nurse practice act, regulations, facility policies, and physician orders.
• Develop and implement care plans; evaluate progress and adjust as needed.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with nursing aides.
• Ensure privacy, safety, and compliance; document appropriately.
• Provide prompt emergency care, including CPR, when needed.
