Nazareth Living Care Center in El Paso, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift to join the Paradigm Healthcare team. You will provide direct nursing care in line with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.

The role offers a $3,200 sign-on bonus and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and professional development assistance. Texas RN license and ADN are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• ADN required.
• 2 years’ long-term care experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
• Computer literacy: Outlook, Office, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per nurse practice act and facility policy.
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct the care plan.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient privacy.
• Provide prompt emergency care, including CPR.
• Assign daily nursing tasks and oversee staff performance.
• Ensure proper log-off and security of workstations.
