Complete Care at Springbrook in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for direct care of residents recently discharged from hospital or needing long-term care. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with PRN options and daily pay possibilities.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, conduct health assessments, and contribute to care planning. Join a supportive team with opportunities for growth and education reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• Experience delivering direct patient care in a skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injections).
• Perform wound care and prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient changes.
• Create, update and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status and care provided.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
